Good morning. I inherited some shares in this company from a relative that passed away. I'm trying to find out more about this company and I joined this bulletin board after googling looking for any information. Is this company still declaring any dividends? I read about their online insurance brokerage holdings in their recent filings but I cannot find any websites that sell the insurance other than an advertisement. The way my deceased relative bought the shares about a seven months ago the shares I now own have been reversed. Does the dividend also get reversed? Generally, what are shareholders expecting in the next few months before year end? At this price its probably better for me to take a year end tax loss but my knowledge on the stock market is not as expert as most of you.

I think the way you will find out more information about the company is by doing more research just like you found out that at one point they were declaring dividends.
Have you checked their 5minuteinsure link on their website?
Basically, you say that the shares were gifted to you, so based on that I would think that one should decide on his own after doing DD especially as someone who is new here and does not know the motives of those posting on board.
