why so repetitive? I guess I am very very upset as I think about ICUs around the world with patients dying and suffering and our company maybe has a cure and we are pretending that Leo and the FDA are correct in waiting 45 meaningless days while the world burns.

Yes- that's it. It makes me crazy to think IP actually might be able to help all those poor people and their families and yet there is this POINTLESS wait. The relevant data was known long ago. And I still believe someone knows C beat B- or else this wait would be criminal and immoral.
