One thing to note is that often times the retail market is underwhelming in the OTC so big block sellers can overwhelm the market, even in the face of a rapidly growing company. Often times, the strongest companies in the OTC dont get the dollar volume buying they often deserve.

Moving up to higher exchanges brings legitimacy that makes valuation more legitimate and more liquidity to reduce downsides of lagged share issuances.

Very hard runway BZWR has to thread, but they sure as shit are trying and i give a legit 5-10% they can do it and make NASDAQ 500M+ valuation in 2 years. I will continue to hold, hopefully they can find some bulk buyers to eat up the seller(s).
