It is probably a major exaggeration to say that ITOX won a million dollar contract! The contract value to Aingura is quite likely in the millions, and I cannot believe that Aingura gave credit to ITOX for their contribution to the project without also giving them some percentage of the revenue. But how much? Nothing that has been publicly disclosed gives us any clue.
Yes, this is an important milestone, but when penny stock tip sheets exaggerate it, it does nothing of positive good for either long-term shareholders or persons who might be induced to buy expecting a quick and large profit. This is still a very speculative stock. I speculate that it has more good news to come, but none of us should be naive enough to jump on every piece of good news as if it is much more than it really is.
