The cancelation didn't have to be done through the Court - the shares could be canceled by amending the Articles of Incorporation or by putting an Administrative Freeze via the TA - I helped a new OTC CEO do exactly that. There are several ways to reduce the O/S without going to court.

The Notice of Entry was filed on 07/15/2021 - why hasn't the O/S been reduced.

Sanchez is about to gain clown status.
