What are you talking about the O/S - or the reported O/S is 1,910,828,559 shares.

1,011,932,000 is the number of shares that are supposed canceled.

That means the O/S should be 898,896,559 shares. You posted - "After reduction, that 68 million is over 7.5% of tradeable shares."

That isn't accurate it isn't 7.5% but the correct answer is 0.007565% pretty insignificant. LOLOL!
