Life Clips third quarter ends March 31, 2022. If you are asking because you want to know when to expect the Belfrics transaction to close, it is the third quarter of the year, which is September 30, 2021. We expect the transaction to close in the third quarter of this year (2021), not the third fiscal quarter.
