Trying to do some DD on this ticker. Can someone please answer some basic questions.

1) How many shares are authorized? Issued?
2) Has anyone ever seen the Sinfit offices. Pictures posted on Twitter looks like a vacant building with a "Sinfit Only" parking sticker
3) Gentech Holdings website uses 1732 1st avenue New York, NY as a contact address. That address is a mailbox in a UPS Store.

Just trying to verify the legitimacy of this company before I get involved
