Why does it seem like....and why is there an unlimited amount of stock for sale under FOUR CENTS???

Seems lilke this is cutting edge technology and they are in a field that has definte huge growth potential.....no question there will be growth here and it seems like they are positioned to get a nice chunk....

SO WHO KEEPS SELLING THE STOCK BELOW $.04??????
