Xrp was designed as a protocol for Payments (a source code ,crypto code).
How the howey(hell) can you declare that as a security? Old system ,security ...papers without any function they just there in your portfolio showing how much % you're owning from that company !!!
This is making me almost laugh , but because I don't have any financial advice or experience I'm still nervous about all this mess in front of the court.
For me XRP is a protocol for communication s .(what sort of communications? that's what makes me laugh!!:)
At least you can't have, "reverse split" with xrp (and get pranked) ,that much I know there.
