Some confusion over when Life Clips will close its acquisition of The Belfrics Group seems to have come from the July 14th PR which stated:

The Belfrics Group acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter.



However the PR was posted after the second quarter ended, prompting speculation that it had been a typo.

Life Clips seems to have corrected this in its July 22nd PR in which it states:

Life Clips announced on July 14, 2021, that it has agreed to acquire Belfrics Group, a global blockchain technology firm that runs cryptocurrency exchanges on its proprietary platform. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the third quarter.
