That's the good news Charlie! Before the SEC can gladly take their fee, they have to impose stringent guidelines on WKSP to determine if we meet the requirements of the "UP-List" to the NAZDAQ

Only after WKSP is "Approved" can the SEC enjoy collecting some fees
