TD is not very reputable. They are a bunch of crooks. I lost a lot of money in the past because they said they were looking out for the shareholders and wouldn't let me buy the stock I wanted to buy. I didn't argue with them so I opened up an account with etrade and I transfered everything I had with them. That was the best move I ever made.
