So symbol stays the same. About 18.5 million new shares will be issued to Cytocom shareholders + current 15 million existing cbli shares should equal total shares outstanding about 33 million.

Valuation given to cytocom plus cble was about $100 million. So do the math: $100 million divided by 33 million shares = a share price in the $3 to $3.50 range. Funny how some one has been saying that for quite a while now.
