Nobody wants to let the cat out of the bag.
Along with the other principals Rockford-Montgomery
wants this to go. If for no other reason to watch the
process.

I see Rockford has changed their site:

But until I see any different, Rockford will be the
next acquisition. The quiet period of the quiet period
may be in effect. Bottomline, Rockford would like to be
associated with a public company just for the exposure.
