Hate to deflate your Hope's here. But in a reverse takeover- what may happen here, the private company buys out medizone shell, and then they dilute the hell out of it...example, you own 100,000 shares of medizone NOW,new company dilutes 200 to 1...your left with 500 shares of new company maybe at $2.00 a share of new company. Then when new company needs more capital~$$$$,it does another dilute job again.your 500 shares get squeezed/ slashed again 10 to 1,leaving you with a 50 shares of piece of new company at the same $2.00 or lower or a bit higher..Only thing this reverse takeover does is extend the pain, unless a miracle happens 2,3 years later and new company starts making money...its a long rough bumpy road ZONERS..its just a anemic gift, the new company not cancelling out all shares...unless this new company has the cure for stupidity, its a Las Vegas longshot from here out...I've been thru a couple..ITS NOT A GOOD PLAY.
