Ok so magic bob filed a suit to do what fake ass miller tried to do. So what does that mean for this ticker?

To me it means no claims. No rock creek. No merger from said company. What assets or claims is magic bob bringing here? Is there any news of what he wants to do?

Or is he just a shareholder with a dream?
