there is a lot to be said for just keeping active, I am 78 now and still put in anywhere from 6 to 14 hours of being busy-----not being a busy-body, that comes under other duties as prescribed....right now I am working on 3 projects, I get one to a point that I can't go further, & work on the other. Now when I sit in my chair, that's it, I am toast, keep going I am OK, stop to rest and I am automatically out of gas....
