This stock should be trading at or over a dollar right now. An amended S-1 ws filed today. Still looking at less than 13M O/S. Number also show over 28M in assets (this includes the up-coming capital raise) and over 27M in cash and cash equivalents.

All existing products funded and new capital will provide for new products in development.

And yet it trades under .50?? Get em now while they're cheap. Those selling now simply cannot see the forest for the trees....
