First question, for me it mean KT has expearience dealing

with uplist maybe not with NASDAQ but I would think that and

KT notice they appear not to be acting rationally.

Second question, I don't have enough knowledge to know

what is stadard or unusual or know the reason why.

I don't think KBLB is the first to be question for approval

but are one of the few that have been. Yes, it does seems

unlikely. " barrier " that is a good way to put it. I like it.

The only reasonable answer that come mind is money.

Like hey, you want our help. You got to butter our bread.

Anything more than that would be wild speculation like

Dupont tryng to force KT to sell the company to them.

I am trying to understand it but sometime it is beyond me. gl
