DTC stands for "Depository Trust Company" ....it is where the shares for most securities are held and cleared thru as they are traded...the tradeable float and "held at DTC" #s are usually very similar....does not include restricted shares or unissued "authorized shares" ...perhaps Google can explain it better...lol...ARSN$$
