Great work. Made that a sticky!

Quick Q:

In the past, shells that were still registered were more valuable. Lazar would sell a dark shell for $175k and SEC reporting for $250k

Why are those being avoided at this time? Can't they just file a Form 15 real fast to fix the problem?
