No its the fault of all the late filers for the new SEC rules, causing a log jam of paper work. Not hard to figure out. Like I said earlier in a post another one of mine just got current and they filed before HPIL did by a few months. Not worried here, just not expecting it next week. If you doubt the sincerity of Mr Brown then buy all means stay away. I happen to think he is a straight forward business man, have to realize he bought this as a shell and revived it..between the research to get the filings to even be able to file(which was done in April this year) along with the costs shows me he is serious. And if you take the time to watch the 2 hr video you would have the answers your looking for about the pink status.
