Nonsense again. MMs short all the time, they have the T-3 rule that allows them to naked short to create liquidity but they abuse that rule when needed, also MMs that route foerign short all the time.

You think the 100s of million in short volume comes from retail lol, they need some pretty big margin accounts to do that type of volume.

Today PAuL was diluting aggressively that enticed MM to short it down knowing they would get fed shares. This also caused retail to panic and sell.
