It's not a joke, it's discounted shares. I been on the bid not getting filled. The stock is good down here u just buy the dips and don't worry bout it. Goes back up on earnings and forward guidance. This company doing 400 million PLUS per year recurring revenue. What's a joke is that everyone is soaking up the dilution with open arms knowing that it's gonna go back up. That's the real joke.
