Correct, and this is one of the best shells out there.

Clean balance sheet, no debt, 7M float, 40M O/S registered in Delaware. Won't find many pink sheet stocks better.

I also found a connection to someone who works for Shell in China on green technology, being they are looking at a merger from Russia/China I would no be surprised if there was an energy connection and perhaps green energy tech

Overall things are taking lot longer to materialize at the moment on the OTC but this is primed for a massive run
