Felt screwed with all the deadlines lost from our last board Chillin'. New IR rep is saying only news updates will be coming through SEC filings. The patent announcement is a surprise. Hope it wasn't just a pump to offset excessive cash burn.

Dunno. Still feel a little violated. BUT, Hoffman is still on board. Thinking our financing required Cunningham and the current board to be put in place by the money holders.

August 24th Proxy ain't too far. Hoping (of course) we get more than a ballot count there.
