All CACH has to do is update the CEO info. Nuff said.

Wrong. CACH and ever other "no info" company must produce "current info", which is to say current FINANCIAL information. Since CACH is an SEC filer, that means Ks and Qs. Quite a few of them.

Perhaps you ought to read the amended Rule 15c2-11 to learn what the requirements are:
