The Letters of Intent expire on August 6, so we'll see.

On June 8, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), DarkPulse, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), entered into two separate Letters of Intent (the “LOIs”) with Remote Intelligence, Limited Liability Company, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“RI”) and Wildlife Specialists, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“WS”) pursuant to which the Company agreed to pay the majority shareholder of each of RI and WS an aggregate of 15,000,000 shares of the Company’s Common Stock and $1,000,000 to be paid 12 weeks from closing in exchange for 60% ownership of each of RI and WS. The LOIs terminate sixty days from the Effective Date. Closing is contingent upon customary due diligence and the execution of definitive agreements.
