you would not expect the idiots to understand that this massive acquisition is going to incur some cost.


there is basically no dilution.

and there is no RS.

Belfrics is fully established and growing by leaps and bounds.


they expect $10 billion dollar valuation in 2023.



big acquisition is almost here.

this is not going to be this cheap ever again.
