Thanks all.
Back home now. BTW, I didn't have time to explain how ablsolutely horrible the weather and driving conditions were tonight. It's 6 degrees now and the roads were extremely slippery.

In spite of all that, the place was packed! Full house. I think it even surprised Jim.

I have to say that this was clearly the best of the Annual Meetings I've attended. Couple of things impress me. They told of a lot of progress tonight that was going on in the background. Projects none of us have knew about. One guy in the Q&A kept asking, why aren't you putting these in UPS and Fed Ex trucks?? You have to wonder, how much else is going on that they really couldn't tell us about?? The word "military" for example, did not even come up tonight but who do you suppose made NASA aware of TOVC. The military, or so I have heard.

I must also say that inspite of the occasional commentary here, the vast, vast majority, like nearly out 3.5 SD's voted in support of the Director slate, including the shy and withdrawn CEO. The message, even if you pull out insider votes, was overwhelmingly supportive of the tack and pace management is persuing.

There were several frustrated shareholders, some of whose questions came after my fatal battery fatique, but the overall feel of the meeting was incredibly upbeat. You could feel the confidence oooozzzing from Jim. Stock swap here we come....with someone.

I'll also throw Jim one more compliment: in the face of some rather aggressive questions, and then follow up repeats of the question from the same person, I thought Jim kept his cool extremely well. Very professional yet firm. That is what I think shareholders were acknowledging they want and voted in re-electing this slate of Directors and the CEO.

Also want to say hello to fiftycentman and allnumbers, both of whom I had the opportunity to meet this evening. Boogie, sorry I missed you but was looking for ya. Trucker, don't know if you made it or not but would like to cross paths one day. Leitrim, always a pleasure! Ready for that black-and-tan we didn't get before the Meeting. Lynx, maybe next year....which brings me to the feeling I had upon leaving. This could very well have been the last Torvec Annual Shareholders Meeting.

We'll have to show replays at Tor Acres!

G'Night all!
