Good Morning Pauline, Hope you are well.

I am reaching out to you regarding the CC this afternoon at 5:00pm.

There is one very important topic Dr. Makaelien MUST address during tonight's CC to all the shareholders and that is the possible prospect of a future Reverse Split within the 12 month period as announced. It is my opinion and that of many other shareholders that any prospects of a R/S must be addressed immediately and removed in other for investors to gain the confidence to invest back and hold long term. Otherwise, the fear of a possible R/S will keep investors away as it clearly shows on the daily volume and the stock price will stay stagnant at lower levels in spite of any potentially good announcements made by the company today and in the near future. Personally, I will be divesting the majority of my position as soon as I see it optimum and will advise my group of investors to remain on the side lines for the moment as long the R/S is in place.
