these 'businessmen' aren't buying anymore. This was cleaned up at lower levels and long before there was even a sniff of a possible oil deal..

They won't do anything silly or against trading rules..IMO

IF this turns into a huge deal and gets scrutinized by anyone,IMO they want it to come out looking very clean

News is emminent whether today, Monday or in Feb

Isn't interesting how things can get real quiet when closer to a deal??
