There are two filings, the second one has some figures, but doesn’t seem to be fully reporting Haun media’s income. It lists income at 250k? And assets are tiny too, except for “goodwill” whatever that means, at 78 million… What about their patents, office buildings etc… Anyway, this should keep it current and at least it’s a filed confirmation that Huanmedia is fully owned by TNMD, but this is really short on info, not what we were expecting, missing Huanmedia revenue (we hope).
