I found this information on the SEC website

https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2013-2013-51htm

I don’t think it was ever made clear by the company that they’re going to be Updating their shareholders and releasing news through Twitter. So most wouldn’t have know where to go to look for updates. So you could look at it that they were trading on inside information.

I can’t find anything that the company has released that notified shareholders that they would be updated in this manner.

Can you find anything?
