If the split off/spin off plans work out as described and they get it done, either Helios stock or RSHN can hit the dollar land considering the o/s share count will go down significantly. Of course, in OTC everything sounds great, when plans are great, stock is doing well and it’s not, when things go south.

For RSHN, they got first thing done, the closing of Helios. So far so good.

For me the next most important thing is the announcement of ex-div date. All the goodies start from there. Once that happens, we will see dollar land either through Helios or RSHN itself, again due to the affect of split off and spin off.
