I actually don't think it's still those 10 cent shares that are taking place

and i did see bids over 100,000 shares in the L2

I think we're just stalled the same way we were back when it was 8 cents per share.

Good chance someone is happy to sit quietly and accumulating all the millions of shares that they can handle. Of course I could be wrong, but i don't think this is still the cause of those 10 cent shares.
