Who is the person responding from LAHO? I think it’s all ready to go, it this individual has no clue that it is. 2 years to get us to this point and another month of “ legal is working out the details”. What’s legal here is that a portion of everyone’s money that was taken from them like a thief in the night and has been in escrow for a couple weeks. What else has to be done? I don’t condone the verbal atrocities against Christiansen and his family and Novas. Those people should be found and held accountable. But I would be concerned about them if this refund action doesn’t come to fruition in the next couple days. Whose ever in charge of pushing the <enter> button to launch this, do it today!
