I'll chime in just for the heck of it - one or more of the following is going on here. BTW I hold 10M shares at about a .00017 average.

1) The DD phase of at least one acquisition is complete and an announcement is imminent. Possible but unlikely IMO.

2) MJ has developed health problems and everything is on hold, maybe for a long time.

3) Some snag either in the negotiations, financing, government red tape, etc has stopped the process, maybe even permanently. In other words MJ has not succeeded, but is still trying. In the end he may have to do something else, even start over again.

Basically MJ is trying to do something very difficult, and as hard as he is trying, may not have the expertise or wherewithal to get things or keep things going.
