IT has been OVER A MONTH since SDNI CLAIMED to have plans to reduced shares ...... OBVIOUSLY, it did NOT OCCUR or the company is enable to provide the MATERIAL FILINGS stating a share structure change......

Since this "HUGE NEWS" SDNI has cratered from $2.00 to around .45
OVER 68% DROP in price since the HUGE NEWS.....

Now why, if the company had such a AMAZING DROP in share structure ...
would the SHARE PRICE CRATER?

Why would the company NOT FILE an 8K to update share structure?

Someone is LYING HERE......
