Look at these numbers that I pulled out of the air.
Assuming $50,000,000 earnings
Shares outstanding - Price Earning Ratio - mult by 10x PPS
60,000,000 $.83 $8.30
90,000,000 .56 5.60
120,000,000 .42 4.20
150,000,000 .33 3.30
180,000,000 .28 2.80
210,000,000 .24 2.40
Not knowing the o/s shares and it doesn't matter, the worst case gives you a PER of 24 cents against a best case of 83 cents. At a mult of 10 to 1 which I think could easily be obtained, worst case $2.40/share, best case $8.30/share.
Even if it were based on a 1 to 1 worst case is 24 cents. Wouldn't you take a 24 cent return for a nickel/share invested.
There are so many variables that you can come up with any set of numbers you want and its all positive.
Just my opinion

This is only my opinion. You should research before you invest to limit your risk. When you invest in pinks its all risk and most fail, Never risk more the 10% of your holdings in pink sheet stocks!
