We are putting together the agreement for finalizing an acquisition of a new product that will modernize and integrate well with the geolocation technologies/direction of $VMSI. Assuming the acquisition continues smoothly, we should have an official announcement later this month

As an operational update, $VMSI has extended a formal offer & is discussing a joint venture agreement with the app company & advisor we have aforementioned. Additionally, the audit is being resolved and the company will share a full update next.

We finally had our recap call with our auditor today. The confirmations & testing phase of the audit is complete. Only minor adjustment recommendations to be recorded in some ledger accounts in preparation for final review which he conveyed is the quicker portion to completion

We’re ensuring progress each day towards resolution of the audit. The auditor is still reviewing all the Transfer Agent reports & we’ll connect next week to narrow down a status update. Slow communication doesn’t mean any red flags. We can only pass through info as we receive it.

Had a long discussion with the auditor on Monday about the positive audit progress. We are having a follow up call later this week to lock in a realistic date of completion. The auditor wanted to finish a few final item first, to ensure delivery on deadlines moving forward.
