There are too many variables in this deal for it to be a success.
The biggest unknown is .... what really is the float?
How many shares really are outstanding?
I could care less about the authorized.

FWIW I like AERO. I would invest a mint in AERO.
But this my dear posters ... its not AERO.
And it may never evey have a piece of AERO.
