No problem. You are correct, the O/S did increase to 4.8 B. It sounds like the company has been using dilution to raise capital for the two purposes:
-Help pay for the Tech Acquisition
-Pay down existing notes

Recently the CEO did say that he will likely raise the A/S as well, but that it will be done to ensure a reverse split does not happen.
