The dividend is not the point, I think Aron our CEO is using it to uncover all the synthetic shares, if the $1.00 is approved he only has to pay it for the real shares so then the holders of the fake shares will come out and say they didn’t receive the dividend and then we will know the true count of real and fake shares.
