Layton, are you saying that this supposed deal for which they will supposedly require SEC approval isn't even applicable nor does it require anything from the SEC insofar as GNCP has ceased being an SEC registrant for well over 13 years and is therefore no longer bound by SEC rules of disclosure or approval? Is it also your contention that when the deal ultimately falls through, which it will, management will no doubt blame the SEC for not approving the deal? Do you think most here are unaware of that form 15 filing filed some 13 years ago or have somehow forgotten or more likely don't even know what the hell all that means? Do you also think most here think that somehow GNCP is bound by SEC rules and regulations which it most certainly is not and are instead completely oblivious to the fact that GNCP is bound by the more lax standards, such that they are, under the Alternative Reporting System?

So, in short, same old song and dance.

"GNCP and its management team regret to inform our loyal shareholders that the consummation of the deal alluded to in our most recent press release failed to receive approval by the SEC and we are now in a position to declare that we are now in advanced negotiation with a more suitable partner that will result in a better deal for both ourselves and our loyal shareholders, the detail of which will be released in the next coming weeks." Yada yada yada....
