Since the announcement of the sale of the last 20million shares, the stock has continued downward. This usually happens when a sale of stock occurs. How far and how long it stays down depends on when the company announces how the money raised is used. An acquisition with positive cash flow would be nice.
At what price do you think the shares are being bought at, .50 or $2.00?
I look at companies that sell shares and wait for the turn around to buy in. Hope it is not too long a wait.
