Like I said in my last post...a lot of hints were dropped in the NR with the firm they hired.

From this line "We find the valuation disconnect at Torque to be a unique opportunity for investors and look forward to sharing this with our network of high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors and family offices," concluded Zimmerman."

I would only take a few of those to send us to the moon. And they don't play for 20% profit.

I hold many mining stocks and "family offices" can hold 5% to 10% of a company.

Anyone can read this PR again and see the writing on the wall.
