Timing and free advice,

SELL,SELL,SELL, as Jim Cramer would say. But, he doesn't advocate buying back in after the wash sale period. Does anyone think this recent flurry of free advice is based on altruism? On a public message board? When the music stops who's not going to have a chair? I mean, we all can't buy back in lower. Someone's going to be left out. Right? I do not wish for anyone to have a detrimental experience based on what I write on this message board.

Further..... regardless of the number of shares traded recently, the sp hasn't gone much further from $1.60. Why? Someone, or a group of someones are buying up any shares offered and IMO those shares won't be coming back into the market. Could the sp go down further? Yes, a possibility. However, within this recent time frame it hasn't. So there would appear to be an artificial floor on this sp.

THE main issue with this buying and selling is called timing. Someone is trying very hard to convince those that are curious or wish to get a few more shares cheaper. We all would welcome that if it occurred. But the catch appears to be based on specific timed events, as it's been posted. So I want to know who can predict what is going to happen a few hours from now, tomorrow, next week, or next month? The risk of selling is based on NO ONE knowing what may occur/happen at anytime in the future with this company.

What IS known is that our company has an agreement for development, the details of which have been redacted with the largest medical device company in the galaxy, soon to conclude in September. Check that date, as I may be wrong (but you understand my intent). Also, MDT has licensed ONLY ~10% of the patents at which time there were less than 100. Also, I'm not sure if MDT would license an unapproved patent not issued from USPTO, so the licensing of IP is also a guess. Can't imagine paying for IP that's not protected by an official patent, but (I guess) it's in the realm of possibilities. Also MDT has very well known history regarding partnerships and acquisitions. It's speculative to think they will BO our company. MDT has only done it more than 60 out of 65 times? Anyone, please feel free to add the exact numbers to this approximation, as I'm not exactly sure of the specific number of acquisitions. I AM SURE it's a damn big number, and a very high percentage of their partnerships. I'd say that's a consistent pattern of business behavior. It doesn't mean it's absolute, but hey - it's called dating for a reason.

What is absolute is the known RAS environment, and the competitive capabilities of those that are known to be in this market segment. Many of which would clearly benefit from our IP, working know how, and RAS single port prototype. B/C so far there's only ONE (1) company that's doing RAS in the market segment where our prototype will operate (pun intended). This would appear to be a lucrative opportunity for the next RAS device when it's available for this market. IF you own shares as new information becomes public...

One side of this argument is based on guessing, the appearance of knowing the future events of this partnership, the competitor business strategy, and certain calendar dates - all in an effort to reduce the sp. The other side is the distinct possibility that some of those that may consider selling now won't be able to buy back lower if there's low trading volume.

I can't predict the future of events in this market place. My vision is based on my abilities to formulate possible outcomes from past events, the known conditions within the investing environment, and based on the greed of those that wish to duplicate the same type of share price appreciation that has happened with ISRG. Each, or in combination are possible.

Sitting in the audience watching this unfold is an active decision. Selling, thinking you can predict the future? Being able to buy back in lower after the wash sale period? Or the sp doesn't stay below your sale price and it rises and stays above.

Makes me want to ask "what are you using to polish your crystal ball?"

I'm sitting and watching.

Now you know what I think, and why.

Good luck to all. Regards,BK.
