The only decision Merle made in the company was to acquire Predictive, that was over 6 years ago. All other decisions have been made by management or the board of directors, not Merle. I’m sure he regrets his decision to put 5.4 million in at the end of 2019. What I mean by (around the company) is the stock runs are his doing. All above board and completely legal. His stock is in a lockup agreement, therefore he hasn’t sold or transferred any. He’s my friend and I think you guys should go after the people that deserve the criticism not someone who’s tried to help the company! Let's hope he's still there on Monday.
